The 2007 Operation Lifesaver Region 8 Workshop will be held in Missoula, Montana, from July 15-18, 2007. Safety advocates from Alaska, Idaho, Montana, North Dakota, Oregon, South Dakota, Washington, and Wyoming will gather to renew contacts, learn the latest safety presentation techniques and find out what’s new in highway-rail grade crossing safety and pedestrian rail trespass prevention.
The workshop will be held at the Holiday Inn Parkside, located in downtown Missoula in a serene park-like setting on the banks of the Clark Fork River. The hotel offers a complimentary airport shuttle to the nearby Missoula Airport. The Region 8 OL Workshop room rate for this beautiful hotel is only $79 per night. Full registration for the workshop is only $65 before July 1, and $85 July 1 and after. Spouse/guest registrations are $50 prior to July 1 and $60 July 1 and after. Full registration includes: materials, opening reception, breaks, breakfasts, recognition luncheon, Monday evening dinner, Wednesday lunch and evening BBQ dinner at Washington Ranch.
